What this site offers
ToolNest provides free, browser-based tools for converting and generating various file types (images, PDFs, audio, video, and data files), along with a small number of standalone utilities such as a QR code generator and a password generator. All processing described as “local” or “in your browser” happens on your own device using JavaScript; we do not receive or store the files you process.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to process files that you don’t have the legal right to use, to attempt to disrupt or overload the site, to scrape or reproduce the site’s tools or content for a competing service, or to use the site for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
These tools are provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranty of any kind. While we test each tool and aim for accurate, reliable results, file conversion is inherently dependent on the format, structure, and quality of your source file, and on your specific browser and device. We do not guarantee that any conversion will be perfect, lossless, or suitable for every purpose. Some tools are explicitly best-effort (for example, extracting a table from a PDF into a spreadsheet) and this is stated clearly on the relevant tool’s page.
You are responsible for keeping your own backup of any original file before converting it, and for verifying that a converted file meets your needs before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolNest and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its tools, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.

This site is supported by advertising, including through Google AdSense. Ads are served by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices, described in our Privacy Policy.
